Anca Lupes - is one of the most experienced professionals in Romanian music business. One of her most important advantages is that during her 15 years career she has activated in almost all the areas of this industry – mass media (newspapers, radio, TV), concert organising, record companies, management and booking agencies. Currently she is partner in the artistic management and booking agency - Star Management – with her business partner, Zoli Toth (member of the band Sistem).
           Her career begins in 1990, in music written press, and she continues until 1994 as an editor of the most well known music magazine of that time (Pop, Rock & Show, which has became later Vox Pop Rock), managed by one of the most famous commentators of the musical phenomenon in Romania - Andrei Partos. In this period she manages to obtain unique interviews with artists as Boy George , Sidney Youngblood, Jennifer Rush and Technotronic (in 1992), or Scorpions and ASIA (in 1993).
           Starting with 1994 she continues as a production manager in C.M.M.C. Production (the event production company of Tele 7abc), and she takes part to the organising of more than 30 editions of the Tele 7abc Galas (1995-1997), of the Gipsy Kings concert (1996), the RockMania '95 Festival (with Joe Cocker, Rod Stewart and Eros Ramazzotti) and of the Michael Jackson concert, in his "HiStory" tour (1996).
           In the mean time (1994) she is a radio host with Kirk (presently music director at City FM) for the RomTop SRL show at Radio 2M+ (which later become City FM).
           In 1997 she is appointed executive producer of the Hollywood Rock Tour – a 10 concerts tour through the most important cities of the country, with some of the most relevant Romanian artists of the time: Timpuri Noi, Vita de Vie, Pasarea Colibri, Iris.
           In October 1997 she is offered a position as international business manager in Nova Music, a new record company, the exclusive licensee of BMG Entertainment in Romania. She accepts the offer and she holds this position until 2000, when she becomes marketing director, position that she holds until the end of march 2005. During this time she actively participates to the implementation and development of successful musical projects on the Romanian market: Candy, Animal X, Bere Gratis, Parlament, VH2.
           In July 2004 she is invited to join the international crew of the artists Pink and Thomas Anders in order to supervise their performances in the International Festival "Cerbul de Aur".
           From April 2005 she handles exclusively her own company - Star Management – established since February 2004 in partnership with Zoli Toth.
           Since 2006 she starts teaching about booking agents & music industry with her own course programm called the „Showbiz Academy”.
           In 2009 she graduates the Music Business Master Certificate program at Berklee College of Music. She is the only Romanian music industry professional with specialised studies in the field of music industry.

Zoli Toth - He graduates in 2000 the Music Academy "Gh. Dima" of Cluj-Napoca, and in 2005 the master courses of the same academy, with a dissertation about “Management in musical art”.
           He is the initiator of unconventional percussion music in Romania. In 1997 he founded the band Hans'n'Feet Quartet. He also put the basis of the band SENSOR with which he participated to numerous concerts through the country. Starting from 2000 he is a member and manager of the band SISTEM.
           His professional experience is impressive: in 1994 he was part of the Romanian Music Olympic team in Los Angeles, SUA. He gained experience playing solo in the country and abroad. Zoli Toth has presented works in premiere audition (Peter Szego, Ede Terenyi, Adrian Enescu) and he recorded for radio and television.
           He had the chance to participate in master courses with Therry Miroglio (Music Conservatory of Paris), Mircea Ardeleanu (Music Academy - Lausanne, Elvetia). In 2000 he won a scholarship at the Music University in Koln, Germany (professor Christoph Caskel), and in the same year he graduated from the Music Academy "Gh. Dima" with maximum grade. As orchestrator he cooperated with the Philharmonics in Arad, Brasov, Cluj, Sibiu, Oradea, Ramnicu-Vilcea and Timisoara. From 1993 to 1998 he activated as principal percussionist in international orchestra "Elbe Wesser" - Germany, in 1997 - as principal percussionist in international orchestra Nyrbator - Hungary, and in 2000 as principal percussionist for "Kolner Simphony Orchestra" - Germany.
           From 2000 to 2002 he was professor of chamber music and percussion in Music High School "Sg.Toduta" from Cluj Napoca. As music professor he gained three 1st Prizes in National Olympics in music, from 2001 till 2002.
           In 2010 he performs along with the Romanian National Radio Orchestra conducted by Horia Andreescu presenting a first audition of „Domino”, a concert for percussion and orchestra composed by Adrian Enescu.
